           Most of the problems during the Installation / Usage of Holy Quran Malayalam English Translation V1.0 is system specific and can be solved. Our Quran software is running without any problems in more than 90% of the systems. As a software product, it may have some problems wihle installing or using. Problems may be different in different systems depending on the system configuration , OS installed, Ignorance of the User etc. Please go through this page carefully and find out solution for your problem. If your problem is not listed here, feel free to contact us with complete details of your problem.      System hangs while trying to run the Setup.exe
     Getting any of the messages below
     Cannot start main setup program! (CreateProcess() returned error code 0x000000C1H)
     VB6stkit.dll is not a valid Windows NT image
     The system could not locate the file '<TEMP Folder>\Msftqws.pdw\Vb6stkit.dll'. Would you like to ...... ?
     Getting error message , "Invalid CDKey or Registration Code"
     Getting Sharing Violation or Dll registration problems
     Getting Windows fatal error message during the Setup ( Blue Screen )
     Setup is asking to Restart the System

System hangs while running the Setup.exe

Reasons : Slow responses of the CD drive, Some incompatibility of CD drive with the CD

Solution :

      Copy all the seven files in the root of the CD to a temporary folder in the Hard Disk. If the copying is success, try installing from the copied files keeping the original CD inside the drive.Then run the Setup from the copied Setup.exe from the Hard Disk.

     If the file copying fails, then there may be some incompatibility problem between your CD Drive or CD. Please try to copy the files to hard Disk on 2 or 3 other computers, if the the result is same then your CD may have some problems; otherwise your CD drive may have some problems reading some CD's. In such case download the Quran.dat file by clicking the link below.

     After downloding, rename the file (Downloaded Quran.dat --->Quran.CAB) as Quran.CAB , then copy the other files to the folder where you downloaded Quran.CAB, then run Setup.exe from that folder, by keeping the original CD inside the CD drive. Then run the Setup again from the Hard Disk. If the problem exists again there may be some machine specific problems to your system. You can try by reinstalling Windows.

Getting any of the error messages below
(1) Cannot start main setup program! (CreateProcess() returned error code 0x000000C1H)
(2) VB6stkit.dll is not a valid Windows NT image
(3) The system could not locate the file '<TEMP>Folder>\Msftqws.pdw\Vb6stkit.dll'. Would you like to browse for the file yourself?
(4) The system could not locate the file '<TEMP Folder>\Windows\Temp\Msftqws.pdw\St6unst.exe'. Would you like to browse for the file yourself?

Reasons : Slow responses of the CD drive, Left over files of previous installations

Solution :

      Copy all the seven files in the root of the CD to a temporary folder in the Hard Disk. If the copying is success, try installing from the copied files keeping the original CD inside the drive. If the same error persists again please delete the following files (1) <WINDOWS>\Setup1.exe (2) <Windows>\Quran.cab (3) <Windows>\Vb6stkit.dll (4)<WINDOWS>\Temp\Msftqws.pdw (folder) where <WINDOWS> is the folder where your OS is installed. Then run the Setup from the copied Setup.exe from the Hard Disk.

     If the file copying fails, then there may be some incompatibility problem between your CD Drive or CD. Getting error message , "Invalid CDKey or Registration Code "

Reason : Currupted or Missing System files

Solution :

Re install Internet Explorer 5.0 or 6.0. Then try install Holy Quran Software.

Getting Sharing Violation or Dll registration problems

Reason : There may be other applications using the same resources as that of Holy Quran Setup

Solution :

Close all other applications while installing Holy Quran Software. Also close all applications working in background ( System Tray). Please right click on the icons in system tray ( Lower left corner of your desktop , near clock) close all applications. Then run the Setup again.

Getting Windows Fatal error message in the middle of the installation

Reason : Some system specific problem

Solution :

Install the application as normal. After entering CDKey and Registration Code, remove the CD from the drive. Then continue the installation. Then after installation, explore the folder ("C:\Program Files\HudaInfo\Holy Quran ME\ " by default) where you installed the quran software delete the folder "Data1". Then copy the "Data1" folder from CD, paste it to the installed folder. Then start the application from the Start Menu.

Setup is asking to Restart the System

Reason : Some system files are outdated

Solution :

In some systems with Windows 98, Setup may ask you to restart the system for updating some system files, in such cases restart the system and double click the Setup.exe again.
